- HR Qualification preferable with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the HR industry
- HR-specific and soft skills, in addition to business acumen and digital literacy. This includes skills such as communication, admin, HR strategy, coaching, being data-driven, and having a command of technology.
- You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
- Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.
- Security, reporting, support, and data management, in support of HR activities, policies and practices.
