
Financial Administrator - Contract

- Schedule and prepare local and offshore payments for review and release
- Maintain and reconcile multiple cashbooks and petty cash accounts
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies promptly
- Process basic accounting entries (debits and credits) in the financial system
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable subledgers
- Monitor cash requirements and manage surplus funds effectively
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end processes, including journals and accruals
- Prepare supporting documentation for audits and regulatory compliance
- Provide ad hoc financial and administrative support to the Group Financial Manager
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 4 years experience in a similar finance or administrative role within the Financial Services industry (non-negotiable)
- Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities
