Job Summary Hire Resolve's client in the mining industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Process Plant Superintendent in Bronkhorstspruit, Gauteng.Responsibilities:

Allocating recourses to meet production demand
Monitoring and adjusting production process to meet product quality specifications
Ensuring quality feed is given to the plant
Ensuring accurate interpretation of product test sample results to ensure the required product quality
Ensuring cost-saving initiatives
Coordinating maintenance activities
Eskom CQMP compliance
Ensuring external and internal resources are correctly allocated in terms of time and skills needed
Managing departmental budget
Ensuring safe work practice and compliance with company SHE requirements
High-level management reports
Lab management
Washability report analysis
Plant-related report database maintenance

Requirements:

Grade 12
Degree in Metallurgy
Advanced Coal experience
At least 5 years of management experience
