Please note this position is based in Saudi Arabia, Middle East- Relocation Costs are coveredWe are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Director to lead and deliver high-impact media productions in support of Saudi Aramco’s corporate communication strategies. This role requires creative excellence, leadership, and the ability to work across various production environments, including live events, industrial sites, and remote locations across Saudi Arabia.The Creative Director will collaborate closely with internal messaging teams, management, and stakeholders to produce compelling multimedia content that aligns with Saudi Aramco’s brand and communication objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead, write, develop, and direct media productions supporting Saudi Aramco operations.Supervise production teams from concept development through post-production to final delivery.Direct and manage live, non-scripted, and multi-camera productions, including special events and campaign launches.Develop and manage creative concepts, production schedules, and delivery timelines.Collaborate with messaging teams and ensure creative integrity across all deliverables.Mentor and support junior production staff to build internal creative capacity.Adapt and execute projects in various working environments, including challenging and remote settings.Perform related duties as needed by the client.Requirements & Qualifications:Experience:Minimum of 12 years in media production, with direct experience as a Creative Director.Proven track record in corporate, broadcast, and commercial production projects.Experience in the hydrocarbon sector, Saudi Aramco, or GCC region is highly desirable.Creative & Technical Expertise:Strong experience in developing scripts and creative treatments.Skilled in supervising single and multi-camera productions and directing on-screen talent.Full understanding of the post-production process, including editing, sound, and motion graphics.Familiar with professional camera systems, support gear, and current production technologies.Deep knowledge of copyright, licensing, and clearance procedures.Soft Skills:Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.Ability to handle creative and technical feedback professionally.Comfortable working under pressure and in culturally sensitive environments.Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.Portfolio:Showreel and/or samples of completed work required as evidence of creative ability.
