- Facilitate engaging online (via MS Teams) and in-person training sessions tailored to the needs and objectives of different audiences.
- Utilize various online tools and platforms to facilitate learning.
- Create interactive learning experiences that encourage participation and knowledge sharing among participants.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to support their learning.
- Conduct assessments and compile accurate, timely reports in line with regulatory requirements.
- Minimum two years' relevant work experience in a Wholesale & Retail environment.
- Experience in facilitating training sessions or similar learning experiences.
- Accredited assessor, registered with WRSETA (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
