With extremely knowledgeable Sales Specialists and Product Managers supported by Jupidex branches and our extensive dealer networks, Jupidex makes it their goal to provide a professional service to the farmers in Southern Africa.The position of Segment Lead has become available at Jupidex for the Gauteng, Mpumalanga and Limpopo Region. This position takes responsibility for sales through Dealers and Key Accounts. The Incumbent will deal with current and potential customers and liaise with Head Office, the Business Development Manager and the Chief Operating Officer (COO).RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Development and execution on annual Sales Budget for respective area of responsibility and product segment.
  • Configure products to be positioned competitively in the market to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop the respective AOR & segment responsible for to achieve profit targets.
  • Plan and execute activities in line with Sales & Marketing plans.
  • Brand Promotion and Positioning
  • Administration, Inventory Management and Control
  • Present, promote & sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:Education
  • Min: Post-Matric Certificate/Diploma
  • Ideal: Degree in agriculture/business/marketing or a related field
Legal Requirements
  • Drivers License and Police Clearance
Experience
  • High level of product application knowledge - 5-10 years experience
Knowledge
  • Agricultural Mechanization - Knowledge of the principles and complexities of Agricultural Mechanization.
  • Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer-needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Business Knowledge Understand the principles of successful business and the application of these principles in this business. Must have good financial acumen.
