Their team is passionate about technology, transparency, and helping clients achieve their goals.The OpportunityWe are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive Executive Assistant to become a key player in our client's success team. This is a crucial role focused on streamlining the client onboarding process and providing hands-on support. You will be responsible for a critical part of the client journey, ensuring a smooth transition from sign-up to active use of their trading bot.This is a high-impact position designed to offload tedious but essential tasks from the Client Success Manager. If you are a natural at following up on details, managing documentation, and guiding clients through technical processes, this is the perfect opportunity to make a significant contribution to the company's growth.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & VerificationLead client onboarding sessions (15-20 minutes per meeting) using established SOPs and recorded training materials.Assist clients in navigating verification processes with financial brokerages, including the submission of necessary files and documentation.Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout their setup journey, providing clear guidance and answering questions about next steps.Ongoing Client & Brokerage SupportManage day-to-day communication with brokerages to ensure a smooth, ongoing process.Handle payment plan coordination and collections as needed, ensuring all financial details are managed accurately.Facilitate support for clients' ongoing needs, acting as a liaison between them and the brokerage.Administrative & CommunicationsManage a standard onboarding checklist for each client in our Slack channels.Communicate important market-related announcements and client wins through our announcements channels.Maintain meticulous documentation and records for all client interactions and verification steps.What We're Looking ForTech-Savvy: You are comfortable with new technology, digital platforms, and managing documentation online. You don't need a technical background, but a natural aptitude for tech is a must.Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for detail, especially when it comes to paperwork, documentation, and client follow-up.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for guiding clients and managing brokerage communications.Self-Starter: The ability to follow SOPs and work autonomously, taking ownership of the onboarding pipeline.Experience: Experience in a client-facing support role or with administrative tasks related to financial services, documentation, and verification is a plus.
