The candidate would be responsible for all activities associated with that of Back Office including financial administrationDuties:
  • Daily banking,
  • Petty cash,
  • Fuel reconciliation,
  • Capturing of GRVs ,
  • Handling of orders,
  • Verification of overtime / hours ,
  • Communication of overtime / hours to payroll ,
  • Answering of telephone ,
  • Relief on point of sale (if required) ,
  • Ad hoc functions relating to the above
Requirements:
  • Gr.12 qualification.
  • Computer literacy, - MS Office, Sage 300 and Sage People
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independent.
  • Previous retail experience will enhance your application.
