- Collaborate with the team to determine optimal product costings for new product development, ensuring target price points and profitability.
- Verify costings on SYSPRO BOMS for accuracy in both costing and operational aspects.
- Establish, oversee, and negotiate promotions, and conduct thorough analyses to evaluate their success.
- Drive sales initiatives and manage profitability at the Killarney site.
- Focus on achieving and sustaining profit growth.
- Develop and execute annual budget plans, delivering on predetermined goals.
- Facilitate internal information sharing and reporting among various teams.
- Conduct comprehensive information gathering and analysis.
- Monitor sales and profit performance closely.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Contribute to project initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative teamwork environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Food Science.
- BTech in Cost & Management Accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- 3-5 years of experience in the food industry, ideally with hands-on involvement in product costings, promotions, price negotiations, category development, customer relationship management, and communication
