- Proven experience in B2B sales and lead generation
- Strong presentation skills to corporate clients
- Fluent, persuasive communicator—written and verbal
- Comfortable using CRMs and digital sales tools
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and thrives in a high-accountability environment
- Fast learner, eager to understand client needs
- Generate and qualify leads for the Business Development team
- Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Research and profile target companies in line with our ICP (Ideal Client Profile)
- Engage C-suite and HR/Training decision-makers
- Present solutions and book discovery calls for senior sales representatives
- Track all activity in our CRM
- Deliver on daily and weekly lead/sales quotas—no exceptions
- Attend virtual team check-ins and daily sales reporting
- R15 000 – R20 000 basic salary (based on experience)
- Uncapped commission for every qualified lead that converts
