We are a high-end boutique hotel in Houghton Estate, and we are seeking a highly motivated Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for discerning guests, greeting them with your happy, bubbly personality and a smile. What You'll Do: • Answering and transferring of phone calls (previous Semper reservations system experience will be a huge plus!) • Process guest requests and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency • Offer exceptional customer service, exceeding guest expectations at every touchpoint • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of hotel policies, inventory, and promotions • Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience • As well as monitor and manage all our social media What You Bring: • Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel reservations or a similar guest service role • Proven ability to multi-task effectively and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a learning agility for new systems
