Overview:
A leading global tax recovery firm is seeking an experienced and commercially minded CA or CFA to join their business development team as a Regional Director. This is a senior-level, individual contributor role focused on driving new business growth within the withholding tax recovery space. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging institutional investors, and managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.Key Responsibilities:Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunitiesDefine and execute sales strategies and outreach approaches tailored to each prospectBuild and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, emailing, and client meetingsLead the end-to-end sales process, including commercial analysis, presentations, proposals, and contract negotiationRespond to RFPs and prepare customised sales material for client engagementsAchieve and exceed annual sales targets and KPIsRepresent the organisation at industry events, networking forums, and thought leadership platformsEnhance brand visibility through content creation and market engagementApply MEDDICC or similar sales methodologies for pipeline management and sales effectivenessStay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and best practices through ongoing professional developmentRequirements:CA or CFA qualification with a minimum of 2 years post-articles experienceFront-office experience within the investment management or financial services industryProven sales experience, ideally with institutional investors or asset managersStrong commercial and analytical capabilities with a strategic mindsetExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsConfident in engaging stakeholders across all levels, from administrators to C-suite executivesAble to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentExperience with MEDDICC or other structured sales frameworks is advantageousWillingness to travel internationally as requiredThis is an excellent opportunity for a driven and proactive professional to join a global leader in the financial services sector and play a key role in expanding market presence.If you have not been contacted within 10 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
