Hire Resolve's Client is currently seeking a skilled Winding Engine Driver for their client. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining winding engines used in mining operations.As a Winding Engine Driver, you will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient transportation of workers and materials in underground mines. You will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment, operate the winding engine according to safety protocols and regulations, and ensure the smooth operation of the hoisting system.Responsibilities:

Operate winding engines to transport workers and materials in underground mines
Monitor gauges, dials, and indicators to ensure the safe operation of the hoisting system
Follow safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks
Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on the winding engine
Communicate effectively with other workers and supervisors

Requirements

Relevant certification or license as a Winding Engine Driver
Proven experience as a Winding Engine Driver, preferably in the mining industry
Knowledge of hoisting system operations and safety procedures
Ability to interpret gauges, dials, and indicators
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Good communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver's license
