Warehouse controller - Kempton Park

• Provide a safe environment, adhering to health and safety rules.
• Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipts, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure orders are processed efficiently.
• Order loading, goods in ,goods out of operation to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
• Manage stock and cycle counts.
• Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the company requirements.
• Work standard (SOP) up to date.
• Ensure that internal delivery process are adhered to, to ensure support to dispatch and warehouse.
• Ensure housekeeping is adhere to
• Ensure timekeeping is correct.
• Database:
• Ensure correct processing orders on WMS.
• Ensure correct product information is loaded into WMS.
• Container Management System:
• Liaise with Manager/Supervisor to ensure that container numbers / seals is correct and photos taken of seals and container on offloading.
• Ensure safe loading and off-loading of containers.
• Inventory Control for all Warehouse Function:
• Ensure all stock received and dispatch into warehouse is scanned in and out no manual receiving or dispatch.
• Report issues and inaccuracies.
• Ensure Inward and Outward on the WMS system within 24 hours.
• Ensure and maintain accurate capturing and control on the system.
• Ensure correct processing orders on WMS.
• Ensure correct product information is loaded into WMS.
• Container Management System:
• Liaise with Manager to ensure that container numbers / seals is correct and photos taken of seals and container on offloading.
• Ensure safe loading and off-loading of containers.

• Minimum 4 years working experience in a similar position & industry
• Must have experience working in a warehouse and the offloading of cargo from trucks and containers
• Must have good computer experience
• Must be a team player and have good communication skills
• Must be willing to multi task
