The Primary School Teachers are responsible for educating and inspiring young learners, typically aged 6–13 years, across various subjects. The Primary School Teachers plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that foster intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development, while creating a supportive and engaging classroom environment.Key Responsibilities:Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages learning.Assess, record, and report on students’ progress and development.Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.Manage classroom behavior using positive discipline strategies.Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking.Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress.Prepare and mark assignments, tests, and examinations.Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and excursions.Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to enhance teaching and learning quality.Requirements:Education & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Education (Primary Education specialization preferred).Valid teaching certification or registration with the relevant educational authority.Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Classroom management and organizational skills.Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students.Creativity in lesson planning and delivery.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Additional Requirements:Previous teaching experience at the primary school level (advantageous).First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).Clear background check and child safety clearance.SALARIES ARE MARKET RELATED.The post appeared first on .
