This senior operational role oversees a team of Franchise Managers within the Limpopo province. You will be accountable for ensuring stores meet financial, operational, and customer service goals while coaching your team to support store excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coach a team of Franchise Managers across multiple townsDrive regional operational strategy and performance reviewsOversee store openings, compliance, and localised interventionsReport on KPIs and initiate corrective action where neededCoordinate with the head office on training, audits, and project executionFoster a high-performance, customer-centric cultureAbout You5+ years in multi-site retail or food service operationsProven leadership of field-based teamsStrong analytical and performance management skillsHigh emotional intelligence and the ability to influence stakeholdersWilling to travel extensively in the region
