
Hydraulics Engineering Manager - Kempton Park

- Lead and manage the hydraulics engineering department, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of hydraulic systems for new and existing machinery
- Conduct technical assessments and resolve hydraulic-related issues across production and maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all hydraulic systems
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and maintenance teams to streamline engineering processes
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and technicians within the hydraulics department
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables related to hydraulic systems
- Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in hydraulic system design, maintenance, and project management
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing engineering teams
- In-depth knowledge of hydraulic components, circuits, and troubleshooting methods
- Familiarity with CAD software and hydraulic modeling tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to engineering excellence and safety standards
