Our Valued Client has a position for a CA(SA) who has 8 years post article experience in financial management. Experience in SAGE X3 will be highly advantageous as well as warehousing, logistics, imports and the exports industry.You will be report directicly to the MD in this progressive and exciting business in the Western Cape Region. They specialise in procurement, packgaing and marketing of premium foods to the national and international markets.Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Managing and developing the financial team to produce timeous and accurate reports and resultsManaging all costing and financial accounting processesPreparing, consolidating and interpreting monthly management reports and present comprehensive feedback to the board.Developing and improving budgeting and forecasting processesDrive audit and legal compliance and corporate governance standardsCommunicating and reporting on all SARS related mattersProject management involving systems and process changes and improvement.Managing foreign exchange transactionsTake accountability for information systemsManaging and guiding employee relations of the company including culture and valueSetting and driving overall group KPI and implementing measurementsThis position is based in the said area and limited travel will be required.RequirementsMinimum CA (SA) or equivalent qualification8 years post articles experience5-8 years management experienceStrong organisational skillsSolid written and verbal communication skillsSage X3 experience will be advantageousOnly short listed candidates will be contacted and if we have not been in touch with you by the end of April 2024, your CV was not shortlisted but remains on our database for other opportunities.
