Job Summary Duties:
  • Process orders and quotes
  • Manage (and resolve) issues as rapidly and as accurately as is possible
  • Fielding calls and emails direct from clients and processing these orders
  • Processing issues of varying complexity (from delivery inquiries through to error resolution)
  • Participate in short daily WIP meetings
  • Create and close cases in CRM or appropriate ERP solution
  • Enter details into CRM
  • Generate case or order acknowledgement
  • Inside Sales will route customer-service issues and orders to you for processing
  • You will transfer inquiries to Inside Sales when the customer is unsure of their requirements ( i.e. they don't have a list of required SKU's )
