We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Co-Ordinator to join a fast-growing B2B services company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising CRM data, supporting sales campaigns with accurate contact information, and driving data-led strategies. They will work closely with the sales team to build targeted audiences and ensure the CRM system runs at peak accuracy.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with data, has strong Excel skills, and enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the company’s CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring high levels of data quality, accuracy, and validity.
Partner with the sales team to understand their needs and build custom contact datasets.
Perform advanced Excel tasks, including formulas, functions, and data analysis.
Identify and fix data errors, duplicates, and gaps to keep records clean and reliable.
Support data-driven strategies by constructing datasets and reporting insights.

What We are Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and analysis).
Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Clear communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams.
