Our client in the insurance industry is looking for a Receptionist to professionally assist walk-in clients and client services administration.Ensure that the reception area is neat and tidy in accordance with the corporate identity (TCF)Ensure that the TV advertisements are displayed dailyProvide professional and friendly assistance to walk–in clients and clients over the telephone (TCF)Provide client services administration supportAttend to all demutualization enquiriesAttend to clients requesting sect 48 , tax certificates, collection/ submission of claim documents, general non advisory service and informing clients on documents needed at claim stageUpdate Aims on all client activitiesAccept and be accountable for deliveriesMaintain neatness of store roomManage application requestsKeep record on all walk-in clientsAssist office manager with other duties when neededGrade 12 certificate1 Years’ Experience in the Insurance IndustryCertificate in Customer ServiceThe post appeared first on .
