- The Student Success Advisor (SSA) ensures learners' success by providing personalised support, guidance, and engagement throughout their self-paced and blended learning journey. The SSA acts as the primary point of contact for learners, addressing their needs, identifying potential challenges, and fostering a positive learning experience that aligns the company's commitment to excellence
● Offer follow-up sessions during the first week to address any onboarding
challenges and ensure learners are comfortable with the platform and course structureLearner Support and Engagement During the Structured Independent Online Learning Phase:
- Morning Session: Set daily goals, review progress, and address questions or challenges
- Afternoon Session: Recap the day’s progress, provide encouragement, and resolve outstanding concerns
- Scheduling a wrap-up session to review self-paced achievements and set expectations for the upcoming instructor-led phase
- Collaborating with facilitators to share insights on learner performance and challenges
- Track learner activity and progress using performance dashboards and LMS analytics
- Identify at-risk learners early and implement tailored intervention plans
- Participate in training sessions to remain updated on LMS features, digital tools, and learner engagement strategies
- Provide feedback to the programmes and product teams to enhance the onboarding experience and overall programme delivery
- Support learners in managing stress, setting goals, and maintaining motivation
- Celebrate learner milestones and achievements to foster a sense of accomplishment and belonging
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in learner support, academic advising, or customer success
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and blended learning environments
- Experience in facilitating onboarding or training sessions
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and other digital tools used for learning
- Ability to guide learners in navigating self-paced and blended programmes effectively
