Large Hospitality Travel and Tourism is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the above position.Purpose of the Position· To ensure collections targets are met and high service levels are maintained at all times. To ensure that all members are assisted in a friendly and in a courteous manner and that all queries are resolved in line with our Service Level Agreement.Key Performance Areas· Effectively attend to debtors book to ensure arrears are kept to a minimum· Maintain the high levels of Service Delivery required in the department· Utilise various methods of correspondence such as email, fax, post etc.· To achieve efficiency and quality standards as per company policy and procedure· Resolve matters effectively and improve collection figures· Ad hoc duties where requiredCompetencies RequiredTarget driven Accurate, organised and able to multitask· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Afrikaans an advantage· Strong customer services orientation· Handling difficult calls in a patient and understanding manner· Decision making and problem solving · Well-presented and spoken and conscious of brand representation· Ability to work under pressure· Dependable
