- Minimum 10 year’s working experience in a network, data center, IT service management, IT service desk and cyber security IT environment
- Experience in operational technology will be an added advantage.
- Implement continuous improvement aligned with strategic direction and actively participate in the assessment of IT-related strategies, roadmaps, and standards.
- Provide operational inputs into hosted infrastructure, network, IoT and cyber security strategies.
- Assist with the formulation of the infrastructure technology, architecture, roadmap, and cyber security standards for the group.
- Formulate strategies for IT Operations, EUC, ITIL and Service Desk as well as Standard Operating Procedures and align to the operational function to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Ensure alignment to the horizontal IT strategic integration.
- Plan, negotiate and implement optimal technology services, without compromising system integrity.
- Provide 360-feedback on interactions with the business to align and prioritize IT operational aspects based on business strategy.
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations.
- Excellent knowledge of the data center, network, IoT, cyber security, ITIL, EUC and Service Desk environment
