Job Summary Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification
  • 4+ years implementation support experience
  • SQL and ERP experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and implementation goals
  • Assist in configuring and customizing software solutions to meet client requirements
  • Provide hands-on support during the implementation phase, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams
  • Offer post-implementation support and ensure client satisfaction
