Building Administration:
- Serve as the first point of contact for building-related inquiries, issues.
- Monitor and maintain building cleanliness, safety, and functionality; report maintenance concerns as needed.
- Oversee the opening/closing of the building and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Ensure compliance with safety, access, and occupancy policies.
- Events Support:
- Assist the Events Planner with the setup, execution, and teardown of events and programs.
- Prepare spaces with necessary materials, decorations, signage, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues during events (e.g., technical problems, last-minute layout changes).
- Welcome attendees and provide customer service during events as needed.
- Support event promotion through on-site displays or distributing materials.
- Prior experience in facilities support, event coordination, or customer service.
- Computer Literate
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Reliable and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events.
