RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Drive Machinery Facilitator & Assessor to join our client's team. Our client is a leading training and development company in the industry, and they are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to facilitate and assess drive machinery training courses.Responsibilities

Facilitate drive machinery training courses based on industry standards and client requirements
Assess learners' performance and provide feedback
Ensure compliance with training and assessment policies and procedures
Maintain accurate records of training and assessment activities
Collaborate with clients to develop customized training programs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements

Requirements

Proven experience as a facilitator and assessor in drive machinery training
Relevant qualifications in drive machinery or a related field
Assessor certificate (desired)
Strong knowledge of drive machinery operations and safety procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively facilitate and assess training sessions
Attention to detail and accuracy
