Position Overview:A well-established organization based in Johannesburg is seeking a Senior Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer with a strong background in project management and airport infrastructure. This individual will play a key role in overseeing the construction and compliance of airport infrastructure projects such as bridges and roadways.Minimum Requirements:A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical EngineeringAt least 15 years of relevant engineering experienceRegistration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)Professional Construction Project Manager (Pr.CPM) registered with SACPCMPDemonstrated experience working with Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) or on similar airport-related projectsProven track record in managing complex infrastructure projects, specifically within an airport environmentKey Responsibilities:Manage and lead the construction of airport infrastructure (e.g., bridges, roadways)Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and airport security protocolsOversee project cost control, scheduling, and adherence to ACSA standardsCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of projectsLead multidisciplinary teams and contractors on-sitePrepare and present project reports and progress updates to executive teams
