,Our well-respected client in the financial services industry, based in Kloof, is looking to employ an experienced Employee Benefits (EB) Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EB consulting, be confident in managing client relationships, and be able to strategically build and support the growth of the EB team.Requirements:

Matric
RE5 qualification
Relevant Class of Business certification
At least 3 years of experience in an Employee Benefits consulting role
Strong understanding of FAIS, FICA, and regulatory compliance
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience using Teams / SharePoint will be advantageous
High level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity
