Job Description :Our client is seeking a Temp Administrator to join the Lorraine, Port Elizabeth team,· Assist at reception· Perform general office administration tasks including filing, typing, scanning, and photocopying· Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, courier parcels)· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases· Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting documentation· Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements· Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service providers· Assist with procurement of office supplies and equipment· Support managers and team members with ad-hoc administrative tasksRequirements· Grade 12· Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience in an administrative or office support role· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)· Valid drivers license and own transport· Must be available immediately
