
Sales & Distributor Relations Leader

- Lead the implementation of local sales, marketing, and distributor engagement strategies in line with global priorities.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with top-performing Distributors, supporting their growth and business plans.
- Oversee events, training programs, and incentive initiatives that enhance Distributor success and loyalty.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent and compelling product messaging and public representation.
- Manage local PR campaigns, sponsorships, and charitable partnerships to grow brand awareness.
- Lead and develop a cross-functional team across Events, Marketing, and Communications.
- Drive budget planning and financial accountability, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- 5+ years' experience in sales, marketing, distributor relations, or channel management, including leadership experience.
- Background in consumer goods, direct selling, or B2B industries is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to influence and support sales partners or key accounts.
- Experience in planning and delivering events, campaigns, and training programs.
- Strong people leadership skills with a track record of growing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication in English (additional African language is a plus).
- Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); design or digital tools are a bonus.
