- Performing Accounting duties for clients from different industries
- Personal Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax, Provisional Tax, Dividend Tax and VAT on SARS e-Filing
- Distinct advantage would be person with a strong Income Tax and Provisional Tax background
- Preparing asset, liability, capital, revenue and expense accounting entries.
- Process monthly payroll on Pastel Payroll (cloud-based)
- Analysing and reconciling General Ledger accounts and making necessary adjusting entries
- Compiling of monthly reports
- Compiling of Financial Statements on CaseWare, compiling of working papers
- Liaison with SARS and handling all SARS queries
- General administration duties
- Generally-speaking we have a policy against working overtime, unless client-set deadlines
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles preferrable
- 1+ years' experience in a similar role
- Pastel Accounting
- Pastel Payroll
- CaseWare experience would be a plus
