- System Support & Training: Provide training and ongoing support to packhouse teams on packhouse systems.
- Data Reporting & Analysis: Manage, report, and analyse packhouse production data to drive operational improvements.
- System Enhancements: Implement updates and improvements to packhouse systems based on efficiency requirements, operational changes, and regulatory compliance.
- Financial & Market Verification: Ensure accurate financial projections and market allocations through data validation.
- Production Audits: Conduct system and data validation audits on the production floor to maintain data integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and numerical abilities
