This position involves combining administrative tasks, communication responsibility and project coordination.Salary R 25000 - R 30 000 pmMin RequirementsMatric and Marketing Business, or a related field.3 years plus experience in a sales or marketing support roleProficient in Microsoft and other toolsFamiliarity with tools Grocers' platforms and Customer Relationship Management systems - Added advantageResponsibilities:Marketing Coordinating - Support the execution of marketing campaigns for the marketing teams, and sales representativesSupport events, trade shows, and conferences.Assist with in- store advertising - signage, posters, labels, pamphlets - through agencyAssist with monitoring of campaigns and projectsMonitor and report on the performance of marketing activities and campaigns.Maintain key brand partnerships to support strategic marketingCommunication - Act as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams, sales representatives, and distribution companiesRespond to customer inquiries and provide informationAssist in the creation of content for internal and external communicationsSales Support Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.Coordinate sales meetings with Channel clients and ensure timely follow-up on ac on items.Manage and update the system with accurate and current information.Collaborate with clients and sales representatives to provide necessary support.Monitor and report on the performance of sales.Data Analysis - Analyse sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Provide financial insights to support decision-making.Frogg Recruitment
