Our client, a leader in the mining and explosives industry, based in Rosebank, is seeking to engage a strategic and analytical individual in the position of Learning & Development Manager.The succesful candidate should demonstrate a passion for the learning and development field, strategically identifying, designing and implementing comprehensive training programs.These programs aim to cultivate employee skills, enhance organisational effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous learning.Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Training & Development, Human Resources Management or relevant field.
  • Assessor / Moderator / SD Facilitator, Lead Auditor Certification will be advantageous.
  • 10+ Years of progressive experience in a learning and development role.
  • Experience in the Mining and Explosives industry is advantageous.
