Job Description:We are seeking an experienced AWS Solutions Architect to drive the design and delivery of complex, business strategy-aligned technology solutions in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in solution architecture and design, with a focus on FinCrime, Compliance, Risk, and Treasury environments. As an AWS Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for creating high-impact, cross-domain technology solution blueprints and associated solutions, while building architectural capability within development teams across our estate.Key Responsibilities:

Utilize a deep understanding of the organization's strategy to identify, design, and deliver relevant, scalable, and testable technology solutions.
Collaborate with delivery teams to independently analyze customer requirements and varying business capabilities, framing complex business problems within solution designs.
Employ emotional, social, and business acumen to understand stakeholders' perspectives and reconcile divergent opinions within solution designs.
Lead design thinking processes to develop solution blueprints and associated roadmaps.
Design end-to-end solution blueprints ensuring implementation across all phases of the initiative life-cycle.
Contribute to the design and implementation of detailed feasibilities and business cases.
Make informed choices in solution design, leveraging a strong engineering background and expertise in modern software design practices.
Assume accountability for solution blueprint design and delivery decisions within the organization.
Collaborate with project/program management teams to align solution roadmaps with strategic requirements.
Work embedded within delivery teams to ensure successful design and implementation of solution blueprints.
Ensure accuracy and alignment of solution detail across all architecture domains to the organization's objectives.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and Design.
Experience in FinCrime, Compliance, Risk, and Treasury environments and technologies.
Proficiency in cloud technologies, especially AWS, with relevant certification preferred.
Strong knowledge and practice of Design Thinking.
Familiarity with application security principles and practices.
Understanding of risk and compliance considerations in solution architecture.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to negotiate and reconcile divergent stakeholder opinions.
Experience leading design thinking workshops.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and change.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
