·Overseeing the accurate and prompt processing of goods in the machine shop.·Ensures that the branches in the portfolio are employing, developing and retaining quality employees through effective performance management and employee discipline and recognition. Also responsible for driving the company culture and values, optimising the people resources that the business unit holds.·Inspire, motivate, guide, develop and manage, and lead employees in order to meet the store's objectives.
