Head of Pricing and Structuring

• Lead pricing strategies for new and existing life insurance products.
• Develop and maintain technical pricing models to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.
• Ensure all pricing meets regulatory and professional standards.
• Review and approve new or updated product pricing.
• Contribute to deal structuring and negotiation to optimise business outcomes.
• Present complex technical insights clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Manage and mentor the Pricing team, providing guidance to junior analysts.

• Nearly or newly qualified actuary (FASSA or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Successfully completed F103 (General Insurance) or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in financial services, with life insurance pricing expertise.
• Leadership or team management experience (advantageous).
