Senior Mechanical Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in a lead or senior engineering role, ideally within marine, heavy industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong technical design and project execution skills.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
