- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients who have shown interest in the company's products through social media advertisements.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust.
- Conduct a needs assessment by asking qualifying questions to determine the client's level of interest and potential fit for the product.
- Transfer interested leads to sales consultants for further follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Previous experience in outbound call center roles or sales environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Matric/Grade 12, additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus.
