
INTERNAL TELESALES REPRESENTATIVE (SHIP SUPPLY)

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential ship supply clients to promote our full range of products and services.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through regular follow-ups and service excellence.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Present persuasive sales pitches to convert leads and grow customer accounts.
- Accurately capture orders and handle all related documentation.
- Liaise with the Operations and Logistics teams to ensure on-time, complete deliveries.
- Offer product substitutions where necessary and manage any redelivery needs proactively.
- Respond to client queries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Serve as the key contact between the client and internal teams to resolve problems quickly.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Provide the Sales Manager with valuable feedback from the market.
- Proven experience in telesales, internal sales, or call centre roles (preferably in FMCG, hospitality, or foodservice).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and hit targets in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with experience using sales/order processing systems.
- Knowledge of the yachting, ship supply industry is a strong advantage.
