- Assist with planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure (roads, bulk services, utilities) and top structure (commercial, industrial, and mixed-use buildings) developments.
- Oversee consultant and contractor appointments, tender processes, and project execution in accordance with Company standards and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, project timelines, budgets, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external professionals, service providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor construction quality, site progress, and contractual obligations throughout all project phases.
- Prepare and present monthly project performance and financial reports to senior management.
