Hire Resolve is a renowned engineering firm looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our client's team. As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of various engineering projects and ensure their successful completion.In this role, you will work closely with different teams and stakeholders to develop strategies, manage budgets, and ensure project timelines are met. You will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to the engineering team members.Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate engineering projects from start to finish
Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role
In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and practices
Strong project management skills
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Ability to work well in a team environment
Client-focused mindset
