Job Description :A rapidly growing early-stage SaaS business is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement and brand growth across multiple markets. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and a leading SaaS growth agency to shape and execute marketing strategies that ignite customer interest and build strong communities across regions. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role, 3 days in-office, 2 days work from home.This is a rare opportunity for a driven, creative professional to play a pivotal role in a high-growth journey. You’ll be given the support and freedom to deliver your best work, bringing both strategic insight and hands-on execution to accelerate the company’s global impact.Responsibilities:Marketing & Brand Management:Develop & Implement Marketing Plans: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer engagement across various platforms.Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing channels.Market Research & Growth Opportunities: Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new opportunities to enhance their market presence.Digital & Social Media:Social Media Strategy & Management: Oversee and manage all social media efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement to boost brand visibility.Digital Advertising: Own digital advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI in collaboration with third party service providers.Website Management: Ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with their brand strategy.Campaigns & Promotions:Integrated Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and events, ensuring alignment with business goals.Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content and collateral, ensuring consistency and relevance across all channels.Industry Engagement:Company Representation: Represent the company within the industry, building relationships and fostering partnerships to elevate our brand profile.Event Planning: Organise and manage promotional events to boost brand visibility and engagement.Team Leadership:Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a unified approach to marketing and sales efforts.Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing and brand management.
  • Strong understanding of social and digital media, with hands-on experience managing successful campaigns.
  • Experience and or understanding of SEO, social media management, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent the company within the industry.
  • A collaborative leader who can manage and mentor a diverse cross functional team.
  • Experience in the trade business (e.g. plumbing/electrical) industry is a plus.
