- Lead and manage digital transformation projects across the organization.
- Collaborate with different business units (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations and Finance) to co-design innovative products and services.
- Drive and manage projects related to data analytics and business intelligence in an agile setup.
- Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor on digital transformation topics.
- Ensure a process- and data-driven approach to transformation, aligning with organizational goals.
- Automate manual processes.
- University degree in computer science, business, data science, or a similar discipline
- 3+ years of experience in digital transformation project management in B2B industries, or IT consulting. This includes automation of processes as well
- Track record of successfully leading large projects or programs using agile methodology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft automation and analytical tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, and other Microsoft 365 tools for process automation and data analysis).
- Strong understanding of various aspects of data-driven business needs.
- Using programming skills to automate processes for example C# and Java.
- Sound understanding of change management mechanics and tools for digital transformation.
- Proactive and hands-on approach to challenges with a "getting things done" mindset.
- Critical thinking skills and a natural curiosity to understand complex processes and systems.
- Very strong communication skills.
- Empathy to collaborate productively with people from diverse backgrounds.
