Reports To: Interim > President and Parent Company CEO | Long Term > Chief Revenue OfficerRole Summary:
Our client is seeking a results-driven International Sales Development Manager to generate new client relationships and drive machine and spare parts sales across Africa and the Middle East. This role will manage the full sales development cycle from lead generation to client handoff to the U.S.-based Sales Engineers, who will work with you to close deals. You will remain the face of the company and the primary point of customer engagements within the region.Key Responsibilities:Identify and qualify leads through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries from the regionPresent machinery solutions in English (and optionally Arabic or French) via video conference, email, phone, and in-person callsDevelop a pipeline of regional prospects by creating a sales development plan for each, including understanding their capital expenditure forecasts, existing machinery installed, maintenance plans, and introducing solutions from our clientPartner with the U.S. team to structure quotes and coordinate proposalsAttend regional trade shows and customer visits as neededRequirements:Arabic and/or French proficiency a plus5+ years in industrial sales or B2B developmentFamiliarity with the plastic converting, industrial printing, or conveying equipment industries is preferredAbility to manage a sales pipeline in a CRM system such as monday.comStrong communication and negotiation skills
