- Conduct quality inspections and audits of civil construction activities including foundations, structures, and utilities to ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures, protocols, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead site supervision activities, ensuring that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
- Manage and coordinate construction teams, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the civil engineering team, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and mentoring.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on quality assurance activities, progress, and compliance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in civil engineering and quality assurance/control within the renewable energy or construction industry, preferably with solar project experience.
- Experience in Solar projects.
- Proven track record in overseeing civil construction activities, conducting quality inspections, and implementing quality control measures.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and relevant regulations.
- Experience in site supervision and managing construction teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for documentation and reporting.
