Legal and compliance secretary

Key Responsibilities :
  • Screening of all telephone calls and directing of inquiries
  • Monitoring and following up on contracts and ensuring it is signed off
  • Ensuring all finalised agreements are filed electronically
  • Communicating with internal and external clients in writing
  • Maintaining the calendar and scheduling meetings
  • Arranging travel, transportation.
  • Matric (a accredited secretarial qualification would be an advantage but is not essential)
  • At least 2 years commercial legal secretarial experience
  • Familiar with legal agreements/ terminology
