Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, handling product enquiries, specifications, quotations, and order processing.
  • Provide expert advice on Diesel automotive components to support customer needs and boost sales.
  • Manage order follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate product inventory and update records regularly.
  • Assist customers professionally, addressing queries and offering fast solutions.
  • Keep the customer service area clean and welcoming during downtime.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • 3-5 years experience in the automotive industry, specifically with Diesel parts sales or support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong product knowledge and excellent customer service skills
