Our founder is a globally recognized voice on equity and leadership, and we're looking to level up our sales outreach with a capable, driven Business Development Representative.About the Role:We’re seeking a proactive and confident Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive growth by booking qualified meetings and generating new sales opportunities. This role will focus heavily on outbound communication—email, LinkedIn, and cold calls—to identify aligned businesses, corporate partners, and organizations that could benefit from PepTalkHer’s programming and tools.You’ll be stepping into an established system, improving on what’s working, and helping upgrade our outbound process from a 6–7/10 to a true 8–10/10. We’re more focused on attitude than deep experience, but you must be consistent, coachable, and naturally good with people.Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to book meetings with qualified leads
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects in the CRM
- Customize outreach messaging based on lead segmentation and company type
- Follow up diligently with leads and hand warm opportunities to the CEO/founder
- Support the development of outbound strategies and scripts
- Report on metrics weekly (email opens, calls made, meetings booked, etc.)
- Coordinate with the content and operations teams for a timely lead handoff
- Has at least 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer engagement
- Clear communicator with a professional and friendly tone, with native or near-native English proficiency
- Comfortable on Zoom calls and phone conversations
- Highly organized with great follow-through
- Able to write well-crafted emails and use basic CRM tools
- Mission-aligned: passionate about gender equity, leadership, and growth
- Confident, self-directed, and coachable
